For refill requests, please call your pharmacy even when the bottle says you do not have any refills left. The pharmacy will then electronically send us a request for you to have your medication(s) refilled. This is the most effective way to process refill requests and it will help expedite the processing of your request.
Refill requests take 2 to 3 business days to process after the request is received from the pharmacy.
Please plan to initiate the refills with your pharmacy at least one week in advance.
